I bought this as a birthday present for my 15 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. I love it because it keeps her active and in good physical shape.

Fun Way to Exercise!
Our pediatrician recommended this as a workout for our couch potato kid, and now I (mom) am dancing, too. More convenient - and cheaper - than going outside or to the gym!
