great christmas present
For christmas 07 I purchased Madden 08 for my 13 year grandson.He is playing it as I write this .He tells me the graphics and choices he has in this game are "awesome",so I guess it's more that good .A good purchase for a gamer as I have been told by many.

I have been a madden fan since the beginning. I think that the 2008 is a great game, enjoy.

Like last year with a Roster Update
There is not a big difference between the 2007 and 2008 versions. There is a roster update obviously, smoother animations, and some other bells and whistles but it is very obvious that EA has moved on to the xbox 360 and did not put a whole lot of effort in updating this version.
