Oblivion Expansion
As stunning as the original Oblivion game. Incredible new creatures and island to explore. A must have if you liked the first. The best game and expansion in years.

A great expansion that surpasses the original!
There really isn't much more to say. The strange environments, exotic creatures, interesting quests and compelling core story all make this expansion an excellent investment for owners of Oblivion.

More varied than vanilla Oblivion
I have not yet finished SI but am finding it a great addition to Oblivion. It has a well developed plot with a variety of quests and missions. The NPC characters are more varied with better developed characters. The only problem I have with at the moment is that you cannot take your horse through the doorway into SI. I would really like to have my horse with saddlebags available for carrying loot.

This gave me a SHIVERING experience.
First, I must say that Oblivion is already a killer game, but after a while, I got a little bored with the same thing over and over. Shivering Isles is definitely a change from the ordinary. Finally, something new. I think it's great that there's already an expansion to an already great game, but this far exceeds what I expected. The new weapons, armor, spells, missions, and NPC personalities are far more than I expected. This expansion is definitely worth getting. If not for the new variety, then for keeping Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion alive for a few more years & keeping it as the best RPG that I've ever played.
