Unsolved Inconveniences - Absolute require your assistance
Dear General Manager of Amazon,
I purchased this product as many others I've bought from Amazon during the last four years but, unfortuntely an inconvenience occur while a friend of mine was bringing it for me to Lima, Peru. At customs her luggage arrived opened and the Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 clear plastic box, where the sticker with the product key was attached, had disappeared. Fortunately, the discs weren't there but now it's impossible for me to install the product without a legal product key. I've been trying different alternatives to try to find a solution but now after almost two months of knocking many doors requesting help, Microsoft says that Amazon is the only one that may void the product key and request a new one, giving me the opportunity of being able to finally use my almost US$500.00 product.
Even though, I've sent many e-mails asking for HELP!!!! up to now I've had no positive response. I shall greatly appreciate your reviewing this case and issuing me a new product key.

Huge problem here
I purchased Office 2007 Premium to upgrade my existing Office 2003 installation. Installation went fine, and I worked with the product for a few weeks. Then I wanted to use some templates--and found out that even though I spent a lot of money to purchase this product, IT DOES NOT COME WITH TEMPLATES! You have to download them from MS Office online.
When I tried to download the templates (resumes, brochures, etc.) the website finds my old 2003 installation and rejects the newer version, claiming that my product key is invalid. There is no work-around for this, and I have yet to find a solution. In other words, if you have a previous version of Office, none of the templates or online content is available to you.
How Microsoft would let a problem like this get through testing is beyond me. It illustrates the incompetence that has become the norm for this organization (check out the Vista disaster).

very good product groove is a disappointment.
I found Microsoft Office 2007 to be a good upgrade compared to office 2003.
I like the ribbon and the way it's set up Excel and Word. They've added some nice functionality. In Outlook I like the ability to flag items with different customize colors.
Groove has been a terrible disappointment. I no longer use this program because of the difficulties it causes. We found that creating multiple copies of identical spreadsheets. We found it not always sinking correctly.
Overall it was a waste and I would not pay extra for that program.
