Not that anyone will read this. But for every one that gave this game 1 or 2 stars. Don't hate. This game has (at this time) 310 5 star ratings. This game was amazing. Now for you to say repetitve, maybe because you can't beat it you played the same level over and over again, but the time and effort placed into this game was hard work, and it paid off. Can't wait till 2 comes out. If you're a real gamer. And you play for the balance of fun, sound, style, graphics and (in my case) blood and mayhem. This is always on top.

Amazing
I wasn't really a big fan of FPS's but after playing gears of war, that changed. This game is amazing. The graphics are great and the online multiplayer is lots of fun. You may find yourself playing for hours. Great Game.

Finally there's a good 3rd person game for the Xbox 360.
Finally there's a good 3rd person game for the Xbox 360. What's not to like about this game. It has blood, cools as hell chainsaw melee kills, dumb ass enemies that are fun to kill. It's hard and entertaining, hard to find these two aspects in games today. In my opinion the 2nd best game ever for the Xbox 360 (Halo 3 is number one a course.) Just buy it, if you like unreal tournament you will like Gears of War. It's that simple.

Groundbreaking..
One of the best games on the the 360 for sure. Just needed to throw that out there to begin with. This is an amazing game on so many levels. Who wouldn't enjoy cutting people on half with a chainsaw, I mean honestly, how often do you do that in the real world. I mean this game is so different from other games. It has no derivitave moment at all. The game isn't subtle with its gore either. The multiplayer is strong which only helps this game. The achievements are fun to earn, and around 600 are easy to acquire. The campaign isn't really long, but you'll play this one again and again.

short but very fun
it was a lil short but once you start playing its very addicting, beat it on every setting within the first week. the online play is very nice as well. hopefully the second one will be a lil longer
