WOW!
This product works very well and there has not been any problem withit. also you can easily here the people and you can easily adjust it. The only problem is that it creates a little heat in your here but other than that it works very well.

Didn't get refunded
I was sent the wrong item and returned it a month ago and have yet to receive my refund. I am seriously considering not using Amazon anymore after this

Better than Microsofts.
The only reason why I bought this was that my original one that came with the Xbox 360 broke. I saw that this was cheaper so I got it. Now I am very happy that I did, it is much better and more comfortable than every other one I've had. The sound is great and I have not had a single problem with it so far. If you want a headset that works, get this one!

Quality = good, looks = meh
I bought this for my sons. They say the audio quality is as good or better than the MS one they were borrowing from their friend. They echo previous reviewer's comments in that they don't care for the placement of the volume/mute switch. This feels of better quality than the MS one. They weren't crazy about the look of it at first but they use it regularly.

Regular headset is better
My original headset broke, so I got a new, uncomfortable headset that works great. Then I got this one and my friends can hardly hear me talking.
