Great adventure game
It was a very entertaining game, with a good story line and great dialog to back it up. The game environment is immersive and nice to look at, but the character modeling could use a little work.

Confusing but Good
This is the second game in a series, and even though I never played the first one, I was intrigued when I saw this game.

I thought that the graphics were very good, and the concept is interesting. The only complaint I have is that the controls are sometimes hard to use, and require a long time to get used to them.

I appreciated the length of the game; I find that too many PC games are over before they really begin.

I also enjoyed the character shift in the game. You get a chance to play as each of the main characters, which I thought was cool, and I liked seeing the multiple worlds the story takes place in.

Overall, I liked the game and would recommened it to anyone looking for a good role-playing game.

Dreamfall is like a book
Dreamfall is part two to The Longest Journy. Both are like a book with illustrations. Which I love books, so it's probably why I took to the game so much.

You can get Dreamfall for Xbox, but the longest journy is only on PC format.

I hope they make a part three. I'm waiting for it, through it took some time to make part two.

Dreamfall has beautiful graphics, it's played in the third person, and I would recommend playing part one first if you want to get the whole story...though mind that part two has better playing graphics.

Great game
This is a great game. Very good dialog, a good story, and nice puzzles. Why are there so few games that are this enjoyable?

More of an Interactive Story - A Good One
As others have said this is much more of an interactive story than a game. On that level I think a lot of the story could have been tightened up and built up to a better climax; but that is just my opinion. I wouldn't really compare this to a movie though unless you are accustom to watching 10 hour long movies. As a movie this would have to be cut down a substantially or made into 3 different movies, but moving on...

Strictly as a story it is quite interesting and engaging...and tends to let the subplots veer off into abysms. Let's hope the sequels help with weaving it together!

As a game it's...good. The controls are fine and I didn't have a problem at all. The gameplay is little but hey it's an adventure game so you expect mostly conversation and a few puzzles thrown in; yet even so the puzzles in this one seemed quite simple. There is plenty of dialogue, which is nice and also overwhelming at points. Sometimes less is more. The fighting gameplay was ridiculous though and not in a good way. They need to seriously rebuild that aspect for the sequels.

Overall though I enjoyed this sequel. It definitely stands out above a lot of other adventure games and takes them past just pointing and clicking. Still, definitely worth checking out!
