NES Donkey Kong
I bought this game because I remembered it as a child. It was in good condition and is still just as fun now as it was when I was 5. Highly recommend everyone to go back to a simpler time in gaming at least once.

NES ya!
Well first of all, I own this game because I can play on my animal crossing for the gamecube. I don't have a nes, but I can play it, so I technically own it. This is a really classic game. Mario fans would be nowhere without it. It is slightly different than the arcade version in these ways: when you rescue pauline, instead of there being a heart, then having donkey knog break it by grabbing her and climbimg up the to the next ladder; the game just goes doo doo da doo! doo doo da doo! Then the screen flashes to the next levlel. Also, there is one added level in the arcade version making there four. However, there is only three in the nes one. But the nes version is still enjoyable. They also don't have the famous "how high can you get?" after each level. Also the style is different. Donkey kong hes more noticible pixels, etc. but just because of these very minor differences does not make the game less fun. I think it could be considerd even better then arcade donkey kong. Now let's talk ABOUT the game. Like when you do 2 player mode, just like super mario bros, you take turns (when one player loses a life, the other player plays and they continue from the level they were on when they lost), but 2 player is still really fun. It's a fun platform game. What you do in it is there will be six long platforms (you can't just jump off them, you have to walk across them) and ladders on them. You'll have to jump rolling barrels from donkey kong and climb all the ladders to get to the last platform and get to pauline; (mario's girlfrend, captured by donkey kong) the other levels are tricky but use you skill and marios moves and you can make it! It's really fun and you can do all the levels again. Once you beat the game it restarts so you can get more points and beat your high score, I usually quit after I beat the game once. All in all, its really fun, you should get it!
