Best racing game
I played this game at my sister's boyfriends house, and really got into it, I lovd this game, the best racing game I ever played, the graphics are way better, the cars are better looking,I cant wait to go back over there and play it again.

A Pretty Good MarioKart Game
This MarioKart game proposes a new twist to the already famous game. Although there are many flaws, it is enjoyable and fresh. Now there are two people in each 'Kart', one to drive, one to throw items. Not only is this a great idea, it also brings about a revolution in Mario racing games. -Double Dash introduces many new ideas to the Mario racing games. Among the obvious two player feature, each character has a special item, and a different weight. If both characters you have chosen are light, then the kart must be a lightweight, therefore making it a fast accelerator, yet slow top-speeds, and is weak, thus reducing hitting power. The medium karts... are, well, medium in every way, as usual, and the heavy karts are slow accelerators, but have great top-speeds and are very strong. Also if you press 'A' when the light is green, you can get a boost, but with two-player, if both do it, it is a Double-Dash, hence the name. Most of these are great ideas, making the game even better. -There is also the 'battle stage', in which people may play different kart games, without racing, including a balloon-popping fight, a battle with bombs, and stealing the sprite. -This is a fun game for all ages, because the controls are easy to use, and the gameplay is great. However, the game may get a bit boring after a while, because the game may be a little too easy for some, and after you get the karts, the two new characters, the two new stages, mirror-mode, and the Special Cup, it does get redundant. Now I know that this sounds like a lot to keep you busy, but beleive me, however great this game is, there isn't much to do. -Graphics are good, but not great, and compared to the other MarioKart games, it's a bit better, but there isn't too much of a difference. -The sound is not annoying, but there is not much variety of music. -The Bonus disk is a fun little side-thing, and it's o.k, but not to die for. ---Overall, this game is nowhere near perfection, but is very fun for many people for quite a while. --P.S. Someone else (Charlie V1?) said that you couldn't get Toad, but he is wrong.
-If you beat the Star Cup on 150CC your prize is Toad, and his partner is Toadette.
-I have them, and their special is a boost mushroom, except that you can use it as many times as you want in a certain amount of time.

OK OK I KNOW WHAT YOUR THINKING THIS GAME ROX!!!
THIS GAME WAS LIKE THE LAST ONE FUN INSANE AND AN OUT ALL BASH THE MUSIC IS STILL THE SAME GRAPHICS ARE BETTER AND YOU GET TWO DRIVERS THIS TIME THIS REVEIW IS GONNA BE SHORT BECASUE IM AT SCHOOL WHEN IM HOME U WILL SEE MORE LONGER REVEIWS WITH ME JUST GET THIS GAME ITS AWESOME!!!

Excelent, but not perfect
I give the game 5 stars 'cause the game's rating does not make justice to this great game... but talking with the truth I give the game 4 stars for some reasons. The game is a little short, like many games that are made today, but is does have the same length of his predecessors... wel this is a bit longer.
Also the visuals don't amaze me, in Super Smash Brothers Melee you have some of the characters that appear in MKDD but the characters in SSBM are much more detailed than in MKDD. this two are the only things that I dont like from the game but in general: This game ROCKS! it does have many bonus as you can see don below in other review and is fun like few racing games. And the best part is that if you have more than 1 control you can multiply the fun 2X 3X or 4X by kicking your friend's butts haha. I enjoy making my friend and my brother eat my koopa's shells, stealing their baloons (oh yes you can do it now) make them crash with giant bananas and watch them suffer!
Also the game have other two battle modes but I let you discover what are they about.
A interesting thing of this game is that if you have the broad band adaptor every gamecube you will play this great game, then 16 humans can play at the same time (2 per kart) in 8 different GC and 8 defferent TV's... I hope one day I'll experience all that that excitment :D
So if you like the other two Mario Kart, then you will love this one and you must buy it 'cause is one of the few games that Nintendo is releasing and worth the price you pay for it... I hope Nintendo starts climbing pronto from the hole they put themselves.

teams are more fun!!!
This game is pretty good when you first get it but once you get all the bonus stuff then all there is to do is try to beat your old times. The best part of the game is to have four people plat once and be on teams. Its alot more fun than just racing them. Its a great game for kids too. My 5 and 3 yr olds love it.
