Elder Scrolls: Morrowind (Game of the Year) Review
User Submitted Elder Scrolls: Morrowind (Game of the Year) Reviews
Date: 2008-12-01 newest version of morrowind Wish the ad had explained the game would not work on the newest version of XBox. Probably should have looked it up myself.
Date: 2008-11-11 Morrowind: The game that took hours of my life... I've played Morrowind for years. I had it when it came out back in 01-02. When I moved to a diffrent state, sadly it did not come with me. It was a few years later, and after I had played the new installment in the Elder Scrolls series, Oblivion, that I decided to pick it up again. I could not find it anywhere, so I checked Amazon.com. Morrowind is a game for hard core rpg fans. Do whatever you want, be whoever you want. This game is amazing!
Date: 2008-09-30 Morrowind, want of the year edition Morrowind, want of the year edition. Make certain that you get this new or it may not end up being "the game of the year edition" if anything is missing from it. Mom's like me just read the label and assume "its all there", kids know better. The price used is the same with or without what its supposed to have, but without a warrenty and once youve left a good review of a probally equally clueless seller all you can do is leave a warning review. As for the game. Its still the want of the year of kids and adults.
Date: 2008-07-18 Desolate landscape but really cool game! My opinion of Morrowind is that the creators could have made the place a little less desolate. Unlike Oblivion which has beautiful landscape, Morrowind is an ugly, desolate world. Other than that it is a really cool game! You can do a lot of cheating in this game without having to delete the hard drive cache as you have to do with Oblivion. You just have to know what you are doing. Alchemy can get you serious ammounts of Gold and spells created the right way can get you seriously leveled up and maximize your stats in no time. To find out how to do all this just go to the internet search engine and type in "Morrowind Cheats". You will find a bunch of sites with lots of good info. The first 2 or 3 web sites are all you need. If you choose not to cheat be prepared for a long hard road with your character dying all the time. I hate it when my character dies over and over again at the begining of a new game and if there is a way to prevent this then I am absolutely going to do it. Its just a game and I feel a player can play anyway they choose. Anyways thats my take on it.
Date: 2008-06-26 Not my kind of RPG I grew up playing RPGs starting with Dragon Warrior for Nintendo and most recently playing the much more action oriented WoW. This game just doesn't appeal to me. If I wanted to play a game that took as much work as this I'd just go get a second job.
