Date: 2004-06-13 You all need to research a little First off,I know a ton about the Action Replay so if you have any questions just talk to me. The Action Replay Memory card is a different kind of card. It isn't like the Microsoft one. For most games the AR mem card works. But you have to experiment. I went out and bought a Microsoft Mem card and it works great. For some games you must use the microsoft one. I was only like 15 bucks at my local game store. No big purchase. However there are a small percent of saves that are corrupted and you cant do anthing about it. I love my AR. I love to play as Elites in halo and drive the wraiths. You just have to know what you are dealing with. If You have any further questions or comments here is my contact info: AIM name: Air Keithid Email: Stacysmom@comcast.net
Date: 2004-06-08 Worst Action Replay ever Who let the codes out?! No, seriously. I was looking forward to enjoying Grand Theft Auto III with this replay. No codes at all! Instead there are those freakin' powersaves from PS2's Action Replay MAX. The powersaves are really game save files packed with some features. Otherwise, this version isn't worth your time or your cash well spent.
Date: 2004-05-27 It doesnt always work all the time I have bought it and i thought i may use it as a help if I got in trouble. Unfortunately the websit as well the saves that already comes with it doesnt work. So I would suggest not to buy it and just play without cheats. Just be in the real world and would be fun if there is no cheaters like this idiot machine
Date: 2004-05-08 Complete garbage I bought this piece of trash from one of the closing KB stores for $20. At the time I thought I was getting a bargain. Then I realized it doesn't work as a cheat system and it's basically a save system in which you download content into the harddrive in your Xbox. You don't want that since you could be downloading some virus and it'll corrupt your Xbox. Later when I tried to trade it in at both Gamestop and EB, they wouldn't take it. So now I'm stuck with this piece of crap.
Date: 2004-04-27 Ok its not bad Heres the scoop the "power saves" are actual saved games that can unlock every item. The product isnt for hacking into the game, it simply unlocks codes, characters, levels, ect. It doesnt add things that dont belong on the game. And you can post your saves, and let others play your game, share it with the world. All in all if you want to type in numerous numbers, and letters (GameShark) go ahead and dont get this, but if you want to treat yourself to every item in Soul Calliber, or all packages in GTA 3 BUY IT! HOWEVER, the memory card has that kind of cheepily (is that a word?) made feel to it, and you cant save a lot of games, but still for a game you have trouble with this is a good way to go. Also, for dupeing on PSO this works!
