pretty cool but not quite there
well the graphics are mad cool and so is the music but the game looses interest after a while.i bought this game thinking wow what a cool game this must be,it is but like i said it gets boring are a couple of days.

Great game, but could have been better. . .
Off the bat I have to say that Crazy Taxi is one of the best games on the Dreamcast. Although the Dreamcast team is now making games for other systems they have had a few gems with their own system and this is one of them. If you played this game in the arcade, it's pretty much the same thing except that now Sega has thrown in a new, larger city to pick up passengers, along with a new Crazy Box mode which enables you to perfect your Crazy Taxi Moves. This game definitely has more than that of the arcade version and has good control. The only bad thing about this game is that if you were good at the original arcade version, this wouldn't be much of a challenge. Also, there is no two player mode in this game, and if there was it probably would have been better. If you play with a friend you can only take turns trying to beat each other's scores. Also, after playing the game for a while you get this repetitive feeling, especially with the music and the setup of the city. Overall it's a great game, especially if it's the first time you are playing it, but it could have been better.

this game is pretty much the same thing as the arcade version yawn.In fact there is nothing different about the dreamcast version or the arcade version.It was fun in the arcade but anybody who has played crazy taxi in the arcade will find the dreamcast version very boring.For people who have not played crazy taxi at the arcade i would strongly reccomend it but only in that situation.

Crazy Crazy Crazy
This game puts you as a taxi driver attempting to drive people about the city. It may sound boring buy with all the cool things you can do like Crazy Drift etc and flying through a park and making innocent citizens dive out the way of your oncoming taxi. With 4 different drivers and taxis to choose from (although none are better than another) you just dart about the city trying to gain the most money. It's this simplicity that makes Crazy Taxi so much fun and encouraging you to have another go. However this game doesn't have a long life although it has the original arcade mode, a new original city and some made tasks like knocking over skittles with your car. It's fun and action packed although after you have done stuff once it there isn't much more difference but this doesn't matter as the game is so much fun. Recommended although Crazy Taxi 2 is better due to being able to carry multiple passengers at once. Good fun with some catchy Offspring music to help you drive.

DISSAPOINTMENT
THIS IS A GREAT GAME IF U PLAN ON PLAYING IT FOR 10 MINUTES. THIS GAME GETS VERY VERY BORING VERY VERY QUICK. I DONT RECOMEND BUYING THIS ... CUZ THERES NO ONLINE OR MULTI-PLAYER GAMEPLAY. BOOOOOOOOOOOO. I ONLY RECOMEND BUYING THIS GAME IF UR 9 YEARS OLD. (MAYEB IT WONT GET AS BORING AS FAST)... ( I WOULDVE GAVE IT 2 STARS BUT MY GIRL LIKES IT SO I GOTTA GIVE IT SOME CREDIT)
