Date: 2000-12-31 a must have for sega dreamcast This thing is not any memory card, It is like a mini gameboy. If you have sonic Adventure, buy this, or you will regret it. If you have seaman, buy this. BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT. No reason not to.
Date: 2000-11-18 VMU= Very Much Underated The VMU is so cool. I love the mini games. Chao adventure, soul caliber, pac man, and alot more (all must be dowloaded through planetweb). I love the cool translucent colors (red, black, yellow, blue, and green). fits in your pocket and you palm. the lcd screen is also very cool. it tell you how much memory you have used and have left. you can set the time and have a dog, fish,or bird flying around. if you have a chao saved is sonic adventure, you can walk him through different worlds and feed him fruit. they take 2 cr2032 batteries. do not use them constantly (while not in you controller) for they will run out of battery. even if you run out of battery, you can still make them work when they are in the controller. with the 8-bit proccesor, they also tell you what game your are playing by showing a cool animated title. In tony hawk, it even tellls you how many points your last trick was and say stuff like "bummer", "darn", "sweet", and other cool stuff. SO GET IT GET IT GET IT GET IT GET IT GET IT GET IT GET IT!
Date: 2000-10-31 waste of money Why change the way memory cards have been made. With this new memory card it looks like a gameboy. Next time think about what you make. Also theres not enough space.
Date: 2000-10-06 Lack of Memory Space! For the price ..., you would expect much more than this. Sure it can be used to play little mini-games, but do we really want to play these when we can play games in full color on television? The memory card itself only holds 200 blocks (128KB). It might sound like a lot, but games like NFL2K1 take up 163 blocks of memory! For a next-generation system this is basically a storage device from 1970. Floppy disks, which cost less than a quarter can hold 1.44 MB! ... Too bad its the only one that works with the Dreamcast.
Date: 2000-09-01 The Batteries This little mini gameboy/memory card is great, but there are 2 flaws 1. lack of memory for games that take up many blocks. I don't have a solution that but I do have a place where you can get those hard to find batteries. I found it on the internet ... On the top left search for "CR2032" and there is your battery. Overall I gave it a 4 stars baecause of the battery problem. Otherwise no problems.
