which game is this???
Can anyone tell me if this is the Mario games that has them racing on a beach, in a ice castle(or something), a dirt track and other places?

Fantastic multiplayer game
I'm 15 and have been playing this game since I was 9 and it's still fun. I just recently brought it out again and it really brings back emories form playign it at my cousins or at my nieghbors house. The multipler racing and battle never gets old and mabye after a while 1 player gets old but thats why u got friends so this is definetly a must have for the N64.

My Favorite Racing Game!
i;m not that big on racing games, but this one just blew me away! at first... but then it got very easy very fast! and you need at least 2 N64 controllers to have fun. this game is a lot better with 2-4 players, otherwise, it can just be easy, boring, and dumb after a while. but then you take a month or two break from the game, and it's pretty fun again... for a while.

An Excellent Game,
This is the best racing game i've ever played and the most funest. The game has a cool unique to a racing game. it is tons of fun, and you can play either Mario, Luigi, Peach (The Princess), Toad, Yoshi, Bowser(King Koopa) & Donkey Kong. There are three types of trophies you can recieve, either the Mushroom trophy, Flower Trophy, Star Trophy and A Special Trophy. Cool Hu. Well this game was tons of fun i recomend it to everyone. Amazin' Never gets old
This is one of the most electrifying N64 games out there, its a definate must have.This game is addictng to the beginning.I remember playing with my friend almost everyday after school back in 1998. Then I got a hold of it again in 2001,now I just bought a used N64 from ebay that included this game and Im ready for some more action...woohooo.
My favorite track is the one with the long ramp,that sends you flying over the river.
